Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the frozen tater tots and sprinkle shredded cheese over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
