- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top with the frozen tater tots and sprinkle shredded cheese over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a twist, consider using cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom. You can also add mixed veggies or spices for extra flavor.
