- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped onions, vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and any optional ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Layer the tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a twist, try adding black beans, corn, or taco seasoning for Southwestern flavor.
