Description

A comforting Tater Tot Casserole featuring ground beef, creamy soup, and crispy tater tots, perfect for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped onions, vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and any optional ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tater tots.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

For a twist, try adding black beans, corn, or taco seasoning for Southwestern flavor.
