- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Optional: additional teriyaki sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine the chicken breasts with 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the Chicken: Heat the grill to medium and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice into strips.
- Warm the Tortillas: Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, carrots, and grilled chicken strips.
- Garnish: Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
- Roll and Serve: Tightly roll each tortilla and slice in half for easy eating.
