  • 2 cups spinach or kale, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Incorporate the diced carrots and celery, cooking for about 5 minutes.
